Home / Delivery and ReturnsPrices quoted apply to the mainland UK only. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and other remote parts of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and Ireland will incur a further carriage charge. This charge will be dependant on the size and weight of the consignment. Confirmation will be made detailing additional charges before delivery is made.
Snug-Gear Ltd engage several third party carriers. We will instruct the carriers to deliver your order (providing all items are in stock) within five working days of us receiving your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). Goods despatched on a pallet may take up to an additional 3 working days to be delivered.
Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver all items within the time scale given, we cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay. Failure to meet a quoted delivery date shall not render the contract between you and us void, and time of delivery will not be the essence of the contract.
If for any reason nobody is in/or the premises are closed we will post a card through the letterbox advising you that we have attempted delivery and inviting you to telephone the carrier to arrange either:
- Collection from the nearest control centre from the working day after the card was left.
- Re-delivery to the original address at a convenient time during normal working hours.
This is free of charge. However, if you are not present to take delivery there will be an additional charge of £10.00 per consignment for the third and each subsequent attempt.

No returns will be accepted without prior agreement with us. Damaged goods must be claimed within three working days. If for any reason you return the goods to us, the collection and re-delivery costs will not be refunded. We will only refund the full cost of the product.
Deliveries must be signed for and dated at the address for which they are consigned. Before signing you must check that the goods are received undamaged. In the highly unlikely event that goods are delivered to you damaged, it is your responsibility to ensure that you add a brief statement addressing this damage along with your signature and date on the carriers’ delivery notes. If the product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description or is damaged on delivery to you, Snug-Gear Ltd will, at its option, deliver to you a replacement product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the products. In the case of damaged products you must note the nature of the damage on the carrier's consignment note and inform us within three days of delivery. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the product offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card, which you use, is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any products. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any products.
